M.L. (Mary Lin) is a nationally known leadership consultant, group facilitator, motivational speaker, and management and staff development trainer. She is certified in Everything DiSC and has been using it as a foundation in her work for over 30 years
 
M.L. received her Bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas and her Master's degree from The University of New Hampshire. She has advanced graduate training in conflict management, negotiations, organizational development, leadership development, and mediation. Prior to beginning her consulting practice, M.L. was an educator and administrator and held adjunct faculty positions with several colleges and universities. In addition to consulting, ML is also Vice President of Team and Leadership Development at Eastern Propane & Oil.

Anne M. Lang

Anne is a nationally known speaker in the areas of employee engagement and leadership development. Anne's passion is helping organizations be the best they can be.  

Anne's prior experience includes sixteen years as Vice President for Human Resources and Legal Services at Winchester Hospital, the first community hospital in Massachusetts to earn Magnet recognition. During her tenure, Winchester Hospital was on the Boston Business Journal’s Best Places to Work in Massachusetts list every year of the contest, winning the #1 spot twice. In addition, Winchester Hospital placed on the Boston Globe's Top 100 Best Places to Work list annually and won the #1 spot the first year of the contest.

Prior to joining Winchester Hospital, Anne was Vice President for Human Resources and Associate Counsel at Children’s Hospital in Boston. She was also an Assistant Professor at Stonehill College. She has a Bachelor’s degree from Brown University, a Master’s degree in Health Administration from George Washington University and a law degree from Suffolk University Law School. Anne served as a Baldrige Examiner for two years and is a certified coach and Lean Green belt. She is also certified in Everything DiSC.

Paula Barrett  

Paula is an experienced human resources professional with a history of success leading strategic and operational initiatives. She has worked with all types and sizes of organizations.  Paula also works with Boards in facilitating meetings and strategic planning.   

Paula has a Bachelor's degree in Business from Merrimack College and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the D'Amore-McKin School of Business at Northeastern University. Paula is also certified in Everything DiSC. 

Paula's prior work experience includes Winchester Hospital, Dana Farber Cancer Institute and Insight Performance. She has consulted in a variety of industries, including banking, non-profit, technology and healthcare. Paula also served as Chairman of the Board for Cure Spinal Muscular Atrophy for five years.
